Choosing a wire mesh and fencing supplier is a high-stakes decision for a B2B buyer. A quotation shows the commercial offer, while a factory review helps buyers understand the equipment, process controls, inspection scope and export-packing arrangements behind that offer.

ANJIA is the group brand. Hebei Conquer Hardware Wire Mesh Co., Ltd., a wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary of ANJIA GROUP, operates the manufacturing facility presented in this factory tour in Anping, Hebei. This article explains the production equipment and order-control points that buyers can review before placing an order.

1. Raw Material and Order Specification Control

Material requirements are defined by the product and the agreed order specification. Before production, the ANJIA team confirms the applicable steel grade, wire diameter, surface condition, coating route and document requirements with the buyer.

Incoming-material checks and supporting documents are matched to the product, contract and applicable standard. Where a mill certificate, material test result or third-party inspection is required, it should be listed in the quotation or purchase contract so that the correct evidence package can be prepared for the order.

For stainless steel wire mesh and other grade-sensitive products, buyers should identify the required grade and verification method during quotation. ANJIA can confirm the available material documentation and any additional testing requirement before production.

2. Wire Mesh Cutting, Welding and Fabrication

Hebei Conquer's in-house equipment base includes mesh-cutting equipment, welding platforms, mesh-panel welding equipment, welded-wire-mesh machines, laser-processing equipment and presses used for wire mesh, fence-panel and related component production.

The current internal equipment summary lists three mesh-cutting units, five sets of welding platforms, eight mesh-panel welding units, ten welded-wire-mesh machines, three 3,000 W laser-processing units, and 50 t and 80 t presses. These equipment counts describe the manufacturing base; actual output depends on wire diameter, mesh opening, panel size, welding pattern, coating route, order mix and production schedule.

For each order, the required dimensions, weld configuration, tolerances and inspection method are confirmed against the drawing, sample, product standard or approved specification. Available production capacity and delivery timing are confirmed during quotation rather than treated as a fixed rate for every product.

3. Surface Treatment: In-House Powder Coating and Managed Galvanizing

ANJIA controls surface-treatment requirements through a combination of in-house coating equipment and managed specialist processing. Hebei Conquer operates two in-house coating systems: approximately 90 m of powder-coating equipment and an approximately 100 m integrated phosphating-and-powder-coating line.

In-house powder coating: Fence panels and related fabricated products can be processed through ANJIA's own powder-coating equipment. The pretreatment route, powder type, color, target thickness, adhesion requirement and inspection method are confirmed according to the product, service environment and order specification.

Hot-dip galvanizing through qualified partners: ANJIA does not claim an in-house hot-dip galvanizing line. When hot-dip galvanizing is required, the work is completed by qualified external processing partners selected and managed by ANJIA. ANJIA communicates the agreed zinc-coating and process requirements, checks the completed products against the order inspection plan, and controls the applicable inspection records and supporting documents agreed with the buyer.

Combined coating routes: Products requiring galvanizing followed by powder coating are managed as a controlled multi-stage route. The galvanizing stage is completed by the qualified external processor, while the applicable powder-coating stage can be completed using Hebei Conquer's in-house equipment. Transfer, acceptance and final inspection requirements are defined for the specific order.

Coating performance and expected service life depend on substrate preparation, coating system, thickness, environment, installation and maintenance. ANJIA therefore confirms coating values, test methods and documentation against the applicable project or order requirement instead of publishing one universal service-life promise.

4. Quality Inspection: Defined by Product and Order

ANJIA establishes the inspection scope from the product specification, approved sample, drawing, applicable standard and contract requirements. Typical checkpoints can include incoming-material review, in-process dimensional checks, weld and surface checks, coating acceptance, packing verification and final quantity confirmation.

Inspection frequency and test methods are not identical for every mesh roll, panel or project. The sampling plan, acceptance criteria, required instruments and report format are confirmed for the relevant order. Where the buyer requires a third-party inspection, witness point or specific test report, that requirement should be agreed before production.

For outsourced hot-dip galvanizing, ANJIA remains responsible for process coordination and order acceptance. Completed products are checked against the agreed inspection plan, including the applicable appearance, dimensional, coating or documentation requirements. Available inspection records can be included in the shipment evidence package when specified in the contract.

5. Export Packing: Confirmed for the Product and Route

Export packing is selected according to product form, bundle weight, handling risk, transport route, destination requirements and buyer instructions. Available arrangements can include PE-film protection, woven or kraft-paper wrapping, steel strapping, corner protection, wooden or steel pallets, labels and order-specific loading plans.

Where wooden packaging is used, the required ISPM 15 treatment and marking should be confirmed for the destination. Final packing method, pallet type, bundle quantity and container-loading arrangement are stated in the quotation or packing specification before shipment.

6. Manufacturing and Export Support Team

Hebei Conquer's production personnel work with ANJIA's quality, sourcing, logistics and multilingual sales teams to coordinate specifications, manufacturing, managed external processes, inspection, packing and export documentation.

Support such as drawings, material documents, inspection reports, private labels, custom specifications and OEM packaging is confirmed according to the product and order. Buyers should list the required deliverables during quotation so that feasibility, cost and lead time can be confirmed before production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I visit the ANJIA GROUP factory before placing an order?

Yes. Factory visits can be arranged in advance at Hebei Conquer Hardware Wire Mesh Co., Ltd., ANJIA GROUP's wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary in Anping. The visit scope can include available cutting, welding, fabrication, in-house powder-coating, inspection, packing and loading areas. Hot-dip galvanizing is completed off-site by qualified external processing partners and is not presented as an in-house production line. Access to an external processor, if required, is subject to separate scheduling and partner approval. Buyers who cannot visit in person can request a live video review of the available factory areas.

What is the MOQ for a first order, and can products be combined?

MOQ and mixed-container feasibility depend on the product, specification, tooling or setup requirement, packing method and current production arrangement. Send the required products, quantities and destination to ANJIA for an order-specific review.

How do you control consistency across repeat orders?

ANJIA uses the approved specification, drawing, sample and order inspection plan as the acceptance basis. For repeat orders, the current requirement should be reconfirmed before production, especially when material, coating, color, packing or applicable standards have changed.

What certifications and inspection documents can you provide?

Available documents depend on the legal entity, product, order scope and current validity. ANJIA confirms the applicable certificate, mill document, inspection report, coating record, third-party report or shipment evidence before it is included in a quotation or contract. Buyers should not assume that one certificate applies to every product.

What is the lead time, and can urgent orders be supported?

Lead time is confirmed after reviewing product specifications, quantity, coating route, external-processing requirements, packing and production schedule. For urgent projects, provide the required delivery date during quotation so that ANJIA can check a realistic production and shipment plan.

Your Next Step

A useful factory review should connect visible equipment with a specific order requirement. Send ANJIA the product type, drawing or specification, quantity, coating system, inspection documents, packing method and destination. The team will confirm the manufacturing route, any managed external process, available capacity and evidence package before quotation.

Request a quotation or schedule a factory visit to review the manufacturing and order-control points relevant to your project.
